While we envy our riding brothers in the South we have already started planning for next summers rides.
This year was a riding bust for us for a number of reasons, but we are hopeful to get an early start next year. Here are some of the places we are working on for next year:
Big Bend / Southwest Texas:
We are currently working on some rides in the Big Bend area. These will be fairly close to our rides on the Twisted Sisters. We hope to have these rides ready soon for those riders who want to sneak down south for a mid-winter trip.
Colorado:
We have several rides already available in Colorado but we have a few more in the pipeline. In addition to the single day rides, we are also developing a multi-day ride that will cover the best roads, tons of passes and Colorado's most famous attractions. It's shaping up to be a 2 week ride (all paved) and we hope to have all of this available in time for the passes to be cleared of snow next spring!
Southeastern US:
We love riding in the Appalachia Mountains and are anxious to get back there. We also want to help promote tourism to the areas that were impacted by Hurricane Helene. This is going to be a tricky task because we will have to do extra research to determine which roads and businesses are open. While we hope to add several new routes in the Appalachias, we are planning to concentrate on this area first:
Idaho:
We love Idaho and have not been able to spend as much time there as we want. We are tentatively looking at a trip to the Boise area in June. I don't know iif we will get all of this done but if we don't start planning for it, it won't happen.
