The Waynesboro Loop is located in Northern Virginia along the Blue Ridge Mountains. Starting at the North End of the Blue Ridge Parkway near Interstate 64, this route follows the twists and turns of the parkway for several miles before turning toward Montebello. Although the path leaves the parkway, the fun and curves continue.
The route runs parallel to the parkway, but in the river valleys below the it. This twisty path continues Northeast nearly all the way to Stanardsville. At this point the route joins Skyline Drive in the Shenandoah National Park. From there the route follows the twisty road back to the starting point near Waynesboro.
