The Suches GA Loop is a paved ride located in Northeast Georgia. Starting in Dahlonega, this loop follows the Suches Dragon to the town of Suches and beyond. Eventually, this ride circles back to join the North end of the Suches Dragon and follows it back South.
Most of this ride takes place in the Chattahoochee National Forest, and as such, most of the ride is through thick woods.
Stay alert, because gentle twists and turns are often followed by hairpins and switchbacks.
The fact that it is estimated that it will take over 3 hours to ride this 100 mile loop should give a good indication of the lower speeds dictated by the high number of curves and turns.
