The Bighorn Mountains are often overlooked for other riding destinations, but the roads and sights are amazing. The North Bighorns Mountain Loop offers a variety of experiences from wide open roads to sweeping mountain twisties. Fossil hunters can view dinosaur tracks and waterfall enthusiasts will be thrilled with Shell Falls. You can take in a Native American Medicine Wheel and view the Bighorn River from the Devil’s Canyon Overlook. Be on the lookout for wildlife, when we rode this route we saw mountain goats, wild horses, a moose and a badger. If you are in this part of Wyoming, don’t miss out on this amazing ride.
