The La Sal Naturita Loop is located in Southeast Utah and Southwest Colorado.  Be sure to keep an eye on your gas gauge.  There are gas stops along this ride, but they are few and far between.

Starting in La Sal, Utah, the route heads East and quickly hits the curves as it skirts the Southern edge of the Manti-La Sal National Forest.  This route drops further into a canyon, crossing into Colorado and eventually climbs out and crosses the ridgeline before dropping back down to overlook the town of Paradox, Colorado.

Following the valley to the Southeast, the road stays in the shadows of the hills until it crosses the valley and heads up a narrow canyon to join Hwy 141 just outside of Naturita.  Leaving Naturita, the road climbs a low row of hills before dropping into the valley and following the curves of the valley for several miles.  The road eventually emerges from the valley and crosses a flat area before entering another hilly area for more fun.  After another short stretch across the valley floor, this route makes a long, curving climb to the top of the hills on the way to Egnar.

From Egnar, there is a short ride into Utah and the town of Monticello, then it's back North to the starting point of La Sal.
