The Golden CO Loop is located in Central Colorado just West of the city of Golden, CO.  Starting in Colden, CO, this ride starts with a trip up Lookout Mountain and the opportunity to visit the Buffalo Bill Cody Gravesite.  After dropping down off of Lookout Mountain, the path turns to the Southeast to run parallel to and eventually cross Interstate 70.

A quick jaunt South takes you past the road to the Alameda Parkway Dinosaur Tracks, and then  back West again to follow the winding path of Bear Creek.  At Kittredge the path turns South again for a short distance, eventually winding back West and North to the picturesque town of Evergreen.

After leaving Evergreen and following a short stretch of I-70, the path continues to curve Northwest to Central City before turning back East again for the final twisty ride back to the starting point in Golden.  Even though this ride is only 85 miles, the tight curves dictate slower speeds with result in a 3.5 hour ride, ENJOY!
