The Eminence Alton Loop is located in the Southern Missouri Ozarks.  It begins in Eminence, Missouri and gets into the twisty hills very quickly.  Turning South on H, the roads straighten out a bit and alternates between fields and forests all the way to Winona.

After Winona, this route follows Hwy 60 for a short distance before jumping back into the curves on County J.  Cty J weaves and twists through the rolling hills until it finally straightens out and turns onto Hwy 160.  Highway 160 is one of the many must-ride roads in the Ozarks.  This route follows part of Hwy 160 to Doniphan and it zigs and zags the entire way.

Before entering Doniphan, riders will turn back East on Hwy 142 and eventually enter the Mark Twain National Forest.  After crossing the Eleven Point River, the route climbs out of the valley and hugs the ridge before turning onto Cty Y then hits another fun stretch of Hwy 160 into Alton.

At Alton, the route turns North and follows Hwy 19 for a second visit to Winona.  Hwy 19 starts out straight but quickly becomes a twisty, turny roller coaster before straightening out again and going into Winona.  After Winona, it’s a short but fun ride back to that starting point in Eminence.  Motorcycle Rides, Missouri, Winona, Fremont, Briar, Doniphan, Gatewood, alton, Van Buren, Ozarks
