The Dragon Slayer Hwy 160 Loop is a paved ride located on the Kentucky / Virginia border.  Starting in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, this ride jumps right onto the Dragon Slayer for an awesome ride all the way to the endpoint in Cumberland, Kentucky.  Be sure to stop at the Dragon Slayer Welcome Center in Lynch.

On the Virginia / Kentucky border, there is a gravel road that will take riders to the highest point in Kentucky, Black Mountain.  This gravel road is not part of the ride, but the entrance point is identified.

While in Cumberland, this ride takes a short detour through Kingdom Come State Park before hitting the highway again for more awesome roads and sights.

After Whitesburg, riders climb up into the hills of the Jefferson National Forest and pass a series of scenic overlooks.

The remainder of the ride is a series of main roads and back roads that are all fun in their own way.
