The De Soto Shamrock is a series of 5 half-day Ozark routes located in Eastern Missouri, just South of St. Louis. We called this route the De Soto Shamrock because all 5 of these routes begin and end in the town of De Soto, Missouri. In this part of the state, most of the smaller roads are paved, so there are many more roads to choose from. We have included a variety, from highways to small farm roads.
The De Soto Shamrock is ideal if you are looking for a shorter ride, or if you are new to the area and want to experience some of the best roads!
Special thanks to C. Erkmann for scouting this route for us and for providing the great pictures!!
